Arrival-Departure Information & Stay
Dear guests,
here is some information for you to make your arrival & check-in / check-out easier.

Check In
Check-in is possible in the lobby from 4 pm.
Please have your reservation number and your identity card ready.
You will receive the key for the house at check-in, as well as a barrier card for access to the park and a park map.
The barrier to enter the park is closed from 11 pm to 7 am.
If you arrive outside the opening hours, please inform the lobby so that the key and the barrier card can be left for you.
(The reservation must be paid in full by then).
Arrived at the house:
The air conditioning only works if you have booked it in advance.

A booking of the air conditioner afterwards, is still possible with payment via Paypal.
If something is not in order in the house, please contact the lobby immediately !
It is also in our interest that the houses are always in immaculate condition, because that is what you as a guest and also we as owners pay a lot of money to EuroParcs for.
E-cars are not allowed to be charged at the house. You will find the charging stations opposite the lobby in the car park.
Smoking is prohibited in the house. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.
Our houses all have a parking space. If you need another parking space, you will be assigned one by the lobby.

Laundromat: Several washing machines and dryers are available in the park, which you can conveniently pay for with your debit card.
Please put the seat cushions of the garden furniture in the boxes provided overnight and in case of rain, and please cover the parasol. Please also remember to do this on departure.
Dog owner:
Please bring your own dog blankets and dog beds.
We kindly ask you not to let the dog in the beds, on the sofas and armchairs.
Check-out:
Check-out is possible until 10 a.m., subject to availability, a late check-out on the day of arrival can be booked in the lobby (for a fee).
Please take off bed linen and put it in the hallway.
Put washed dishes in the cupboards & leave the dishwasher empty.
Turn off the air conditioners (if booked & used).
Please close all windows and doors.
Dog owners: Remove dog excrement in the garden completely, otherwise this cleaning will be charged additionally by the park.
The charcoal barbecue in the garden must be cleaned independently by the tenant after use, otherwise this cleaning will be charged additionally by the park.
The barbecue and also the accessory “bucket” is not an ashtray or rubbish bin.
Smokers: Clean ashtrays, otherwise this cleaning will be charged additionally by the park.
Dispose of rubbish (location opposite the lobby at the parking spaces).
Info: Please bring your own spices, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dish tabs and cleaning utensils. A hoover is part of the equipment of the houses. There is also a small kitchen package, contents see picture (sufficient for approx. 3 nights).
